Brackets for relocation of the alternator, prevents fan belt from dropping out.
Under extreme conditions such as competition use, the stock cylinder block gets cracked due to a stud/bolt underneath the alternator by its own vibration. Relocating the alternator with this kit prevents this problem.
When running a big turbo on a 1JZ, the alternator is directly exposed to head coming from the exhaust. It is ideal to relocate the alternator to the intake side to prevent heat damage.
