PWR’s fully engineered intercooler and pipe kit is specially designed for your Toyota Hilux. Its heavy duty, square-faced tube and fin design is tested and manufactured in the harsh Australian conditions for maximum durability. Fully TIG welded, the kit is available in polished aluminium or Stealth Black powder coating.
By upgrading to a PWR Intercooler & Pipe Kit and completing the package with a tune, your Toyota Hilux can see up to 22% more torque! This also results in 12.7kW in additional power and improved fuel economy. The PWR intercooler design uses a unique stepped core which is manufactured using a combination of our 55mm tube width and the 42mm tube width. This increases the core face area by 26% along with increased airflow through the cooler with PWR’s high flow extruded tube.

Pipe Kit Available
Available as a kit, PWR pipes are one-piece mandrel bent tubes, which removes airflow restricting internal welds. Our engineered and CNC-machined ribbed billet outlets provide additional grip strength for the silicone pipes to be clamped tight using the constant-tension Murray clamps, ensuring they don’t blow off.
