PWR Intercooler Kit Isuzu D-Max and Mazda BT-50 2020-

This complete intercooler kit features step-by-step installation instructions, Large 670 x 300 x 68mm tube & fin core, 69% increase in core area over OEM and 50% more tube rows for less pressure drop and improved response. PWR’s 68mm square face extruded tube core is a high flow design providing less pressure drop across the core from inlet to outlet.

Free flowing cold air equals more horsepower, so temperature regulation is critical to your engine performance. PWR’s fully engineered intercooler and pipe kit is specially designed for your D-Max/BT-50. Its heavy duty, square-faced tube and fin design is tested and manufactured in the harsh Australian conditions for maximum durability. Fully TIG welded, the kit is available in polished aluminium or Stealth Black powder coating.

To prevent the expansion of the hoses under boost, PWR kits feature mandrelbent, hard aluminium piping, matched with PWR’s signature CNC-machined ribbed outlets and high quality 5 ply silicone. PWR use premium stainless steel constant tension Murray clamps to prevent the hose blowing off.

Every kit includes PWR’s step-by-step installation guide for D.I.Y owners or have it fitted by us at Strange Workshop for an additional charge.
